Lisbon Wine Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was phenomenal - friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown and close to a taxi stand and two metro stations. The cleanliness of the room was spotless, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided a fabulous selection of delicious food. We also enjoyed the convenience of nearby parking and transportation options.

We loved the spacious and comfortable bedrooms with lovely garden views. The staff were kind and helpful, particularly the lady who checked us in. The hotel's wine theme was well-decorated and created a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant staff were excellent and the tapas dishes in the outside dining area were delicious. We also enjoyed the calm and peaceful ambiance of the hotel, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the busy tourist areas.

The staff provides excellent service, making you feel like part of the family. Breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of tasty options. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to the main tourist spots, making it easy to get around.

The only small downside was that the coffee pods and teabags were not replenished daily.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful and spacious room with modern equipment. Good and complete breakfast. Helpful staff, especially Ines and Fernando. Calm and peaceful oasis in a busy tourist street. Excellent restaurant and delicious tapas dishes. Attentive and responsive before and during our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The room service was impeccable and the level of cleanliness was impressive. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the car hire and airport shuttle services were very convenient.

The location of this hotel was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and bars but still quiet. We could easily access all the activities and places to visit in the city. the staff were really friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast buffet was perfect, with a wide variety of options including delicious pastries and the opportunity to order cooked eggs if desired.

We found it disappointing that tissues and body lotion were not provided in the room.
