We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown and close to a taxi stand and two metro stations. The cleanliness of the room was super clean, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast provided a fabulous selection of delicious food. We also enjoyed the convenience of nearby parking and transportation options.

We loved the spacious and comfortable bedrooms with lovely garden views. The staff were kind and helpful, particularly the lady who checked us in. The hotel's wine theme was well-decorated and created a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant staff were excellent and the tapas dishes in the outside dining area were delicious. We also enjoyed the calm and peaceful ambiance of the hotel, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the busy tourist areas.
Felt extremely welcome, no reason to complain.

Located in the heart of Lisbon, this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are clean, stylish, and come with a complimentary bottle of Portuguese wine. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel like part of the family. Breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of tasty options. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to the main tourist spots, making it easy to get around.
The only small downside was that the coffee pods and teabags were not replenished daily.

We were actually surprised by the cozy atmosphere and good experience at Lisbon Wine Hotel. The room was impressively clean and had a wonderful scent. The staff were pretty good by surprising us with a birthday cake and card, making our stay nice. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed exploring the hidden gem of the hotel's garden. we highly recommend this hotel for a charming and peaceful stay in Lisbon.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The room service was impeccable and the level of cleanliness was impressive. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the car hire and airport shuttle services were very convenient.

The location of this hotel was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and bars but still quiet. We could easily access all the activities and places to visit in the city. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. The breakfast buffet was perfect, with a wide variety of options including delicious pastries and the opportunity to order cooked eggs if desired.
There were a few minor inconveniences. We found it disappointing that tissues and body lotion were not provided in the room.
